Dear Friends,

I am so happy to tell you that I have a beautiful new website, www.hallie.earth, which synthesizes my wide-ranging life’s work. When I started doing ocean protection work in 2000, I sometimes wondered how I got from decades of talking about the Sacred Feminine and the Goddess to talking about ocean trash and now teaching qigong—until I realized they are just different ways of serving the Mother.

Another very important way of serving the Mother includes voter activism to preserve democracy.

The fate of life on this beautiful planet is in our hands in this time leading up to November 5th. It is essential that we call on all our resources to get out the vote—up and down the ballot—now and ongoing. Democracy is a lifelong process and every vote counts!

In 2000, George W. Bush became president due to 537 disputed votes in Florida. Al Gore won the U.S. popular vote but lost the presidency because of election interference, third-party votes, the Electoral College and a Supreme Court ruling, changing the course of history and the fate of our planet.

I recently spoke with David Hogg, co-founder of March For Our Lives and founder of Leaders We Deserve. When I asked him about the most effective way to get out the vote, he told me that reaching out to your family, neighborhood and community is one of the best ways, so please feel free to forward this email to anyone you know.

We have the opportunity to usher in and deliver decades more policies that uplift people and the planet—but it is up to us. How often do you have such power: to affect the fate of the entire planet? May future generations look back and think “Let us honor these ancestors. Those were the ones who turned the tide.” For additional inspiration, consider volunteering or giving to organizations listed here or read my true confession.

The world is changing, and WE are the transition team.

Please stay tuned as I will soon be posting new writings and the best of a newly discovered treasure trove of photos from my days living with the Tibetans and on Crete in the early 1970’s. I hope you will join me.

With love,

Hallie

Deep gratitude to Marcelina Martin, Merileigh Moen, Penny Werner and Irene Young for helping manifest www.hallie.earth.
